៙ Ingredients:

- 200 grams of sour rice

- 100 ml coconut paste

- 3 tea leaves grind with water

- Coconut fiber

- Salt

- Jackal meat

៙ How to do:

1. Divide sour rice into 3 parts, 1 part soaked in water, 1 part soaked in water, 1 part soaked in pink water, 1 part soaked in water Usually for a few hours or overnight, then mix the sourdough rice with clean water several times.

2. Mix sour rice with a little salt, mix all 3 parts and steam for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, add 1/3 of the coconut paste and stir for another 7 minutes.

3. After 7 minutes, pour the remaining paste into the 3 parts, stir for another 7-10 minutes and turn off the heat.

4. Put sour rice in jackfruit meat and add coconut fiber, if you like coconut paste, sesame seeds, peanuts can be placed on top.

៙ How to make coconut paste:

Take 200 ml of coconut milk, 20 grams of sugar and less salt, then mix 1/2 teaspoon of flour with water and pour into a pot of coconut milk. Stir well and turn off the heat.
