How to Palm Sugar Seaweed Dessert

៙ Ingredients:

1- 2 eggs

2- 2 bites of palm sugar

3- 1 can of coconut paste

4- 3 leaves

5- Algae flour (jelly powder) 1 tablespoon

7- 1 bottle of plain water

8- 1/4 teaspoon salt

៙ How to do:

1. Boil algae powder mixed with boiling water with bay leaves for 10-15 minutes before extracting bay leaves.

Beat the eggs in a bowl with the brown sugar and coconut milk. Also.

3- Take the beaten egg and sprinkle it on the algae juice and stir it all up.

4- Pour this algae juice into the mold and leave it for about 2 hours. To freeze into algae, then pour out and arrange on a plate to eat.

5. If we do not like the taste of coconut milk, we can replace it with pure water in the same amount as coconut milk.

Note: If you do not have a template, you can fill a normal tray and cut it into pieces when frozen.
