៙ Ingredients:

- 3 bites of soybeans

- 1 liter of water

- Ginger 2-3 slices

2-3 leaves

- 1 coconut bowl, chopsticks

3 bites of sugar or palm sugar

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 2 teaspoons cornstarch

- 1 slice of lemon

៙ How to do:

Soak soybeans in hot water for 3-4 hours, then peel and wash 4-5 times.

Take a machine to put the beans mixed with water, grind thoroughly and take a cloth to pierce the soy sauce, do not let the pulp.

Put a pot of soy sauce mixed with cornstarch and lemon and let it boil for 10 minutes, then leave it for 2 hours. Refrigerate for half an hour

Boil water, mix sugar, a little salt, ginger, bay leaf

- Boil coconut milk mixed with a tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, stir well and thicken well.

Note: Coconut paste can be added or not, and sugar can be sweet or not sweet according to the preferences of each family.
