+ Ingredients:

- 150 grams of weak rice flour

- 150 grams of baking powder

Tea tree juice (5-10 leaves, 1080 ml water)

- 1 teaspoon salt

- Sesame paste as you like

+ How to do:

1. First, take a pot, add rice flour, baking powder, salt and water, and mix well.

2. Then put it on the fire, stir (to stir) for 2 to 3 minutes, first on high heat, then on high heat. OK, stir for about 20-25 minutes.

3. After 25 minutes, the cake is cooked, lift it, pour it into a flat tray and let it cool.

4. After the cake has cooled, cut it into pieces as desired and serve it with water. Sprinkle coconut sugar and sesame seeds on top.

+ How to make coconut milk: 480 ml coconut milk, 1 teaspoon sugar, half a teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon baking powder put in all the pots, stir it. Put it in a pot and boil it.
