៙ Ingredients

- 1 kg of cassava

- A can of sugar

- A can of coconut paste

- A teaspoon of salt

៙ How to do:

4- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit or 190 degrees Celsius.

5- Place on a baking sheet for 70 minutes.

6- Take a brush dipped in egg and apply it on the surface of the potatoes in the baking tray to make it smooth.

7. Reduce the heat to 300 degrees Fahrenheit or 150 degrees Celsius.

8. Bake for about 15 minutes to dry the face up to a fresh red color.

9. Cut into pieces and eat when the cake is cold.

10. For those who do not have an oven, you can put a steamer to boil, remove it, put a galvanized plate over it and put charcoal on it. Make the face red, then apply the egg and burn it to dry the face before taking it out to eat.
